Happy Pancake Day!

I love pancakes :) every year I wonder why we don't have them more often!

What do you like on yours?

I like mine with a thin drizzle of golden syrup, job done.

    Looks good! I like pancakes the old fashioned way, with fresh lemon juice & brown sugar...
